A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS FOR MUNICIPALUSEWITHINTHEMOSESPOINTEDEVELOPMENTALONG
WESTSHORE DRIVE AND MELBY WAY
Recitals:
1.Water and sewer mains,and sewer forcemains havebeen installed,lyingin
dedicated right-of-way or easements,and connected to the City of Moses Lake's
utility system along Westshore Drive and Melby Way.
2.Said,utility improvements have been installed in accordance with the CityofMosesLake's Community Standards,such installation being completed in March,2002.
3.RCW 35.91.030 indicates thatpublic street and utility facilities,which aredeveloperinstalled,should be accepted by the Cityof Moses Lake uponcompletionifthefacilitiesarebuilttocitystandards.
Resolved:
1.The City Council of the Cityof Moses Lake accepts the utility improvements asfacilitiesoftheCityofMosesLakeandassuchwillchargeforuseofsuch
facilities as authorized by ordinance.
2.After March26,2003,all further maintenance and operation cost of said utilityimprovements,shall be borne by the City of Moses Lake,as provided by cit,
ordinance.
