A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSESLAKEFROMROBERTL.RUSSELL
Recitals:
1.Resolution No.238 provides thatall grant of real estate,or any interest therein,toOtheCityofMosesLake,shall not be accepted until a resolution has beendulypassedbytheCityCouncil.
2.Robert L.Russell has presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake.
Resolved:
1.An easement for municipal purposes for the following described property isherebyacceptedbytheCityofMosesLake:
A portion of Section14,Township 19North,Range 28 East,W.M.,GrantCounty,WA,more fully described as follows:
The west 5.0 feetof Lot 2,Russell Major Plat,filed under Book 18 of Plats,Pages49and50,AFN 1026190,said 5.0 feet beingparallel with and measuredperpendiculartothewestlineofsaidSection14,
Together with the west 2.0 feet of Lot 1,said Russell Major Plat,said 2.0 feetbeingparallelwithandmeasuredperpendiculartothewestlineofsaidSection14.
O To have and tohold said easement and rights unto the Grantee and its assignsforever.The easements shall run with the land.
