A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS FOR MUNICIPAL USEWITHINTHEMOSESPOINTEDEVELOPMENTAT4731ROADF
Recitals:
1.The Well House at 4731 RoadF has beeninstalled,lying in dedicated right-of-way oreasements,and connected to the City of Moses Lake's utility system.
2.Said,utilityimprovements havebeeninstalled in accordance with the City of MosesLake's Community Standards,such installation beingcompleted in May,2002.
3.RCW.35.91.030 indicates thatpublic street and utility facilities,which are developerinstalled,should be accepted by the City of Moses Lake upon completion if the facilitiesarebuilttocitystandards.
Resolved:
1.The City Council of the Cityof Moses Lake accepts the utility improvernentsas facilitiesoftheCityofMosesLakeandassuchwillchargeforuseofsuchfacilitiesasauthorizedbyordinance.This approvalis contingent on CityCouncilaccepting any required
easements or dedications.
2.After June 11,2003,all furthermaintenance and operation cost of said utilityimprovements,shall be borne by the City of Moses Lake,as provided by cityordinance.
