A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS FOR MUNICIPAL USEWITHINTHEMOSESPOINTEDEVELOPMENTAT1938WESTSHOREDRIVENE
Recitals:
1.The boosterpump stationhas beeninstalled,lying in dedicated right-of-way oreasements,and connected to the CityofMoses Lake's utility system.
2.Said,utility improvements have been installedin accordance with the Cityof MosesLake's CommunityStandards,such installation being completed in May,2002.
3.RCW 35.91.030 indicates thatpublic street and utility facilities,which are developerinstalled,should be accepted by the City of Moses Lake upon completion if the facilitiesarebuilttocitystandards.
Resolved:
1.The CityCouncilof the Cityof Moses Lake accepts the utility improvementsas facilitiesoftheCityofMosesLakeandassuchwillchargeforuseofsuchfacilitiesasauthorizedbyordinance.This approval is contingent on City Council accepting any requiredeasementsordedications.
2.After June 11,2003,all further maintenance and operation cost of said utilityimprovements,shall be borne by the City of Moses Lake,as provided by city ordinance.
