Recitals:
1.ResolutionNo.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any interest therein,to theOCityofMosesLake,shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed bytheCityCouncil.
2.WestshoreImprovement,LLC have presented an easement to the Cityof MosesLake.
Resolved:
1.Aneasement for municipal purposesfor the following described property is herebyacceptedbytheCityofMosesLake:
An easement for all municipalpurposes over,under and upon that portion of thesouthwestquarterofSection7andthenorthwestquarterofSection18,Township 19North,Range28 East,W.M.,GrantCounty,Washington,described a follows:
