2447_00001RESOLUTION NO.2447 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM MICHAEL B.HANSEN AND JUDITH I.HANSEN Recitals: 1.Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any interesttherein,to the O City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the CityCouncil. 2.Michael B.Hansen and Judith I.Hansen have presented an easement to the Cityof Moses Lake. Resolved: 1.An easement for municipal purposes for thefollowingdescribed property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: That portion of Government Lot 1 in Section 30,Township 19 North,Range 28 East, W.M.,GrantCounty,Washington,beginningat the intersectionof Stade Road and Westshore Drive,a 5/8"rebar in a monument case;Thence S25°02'20"E along the centerline of Westshore Drive,709.68 feet,to a brass cap monument at the intersection of Mae Valley Road,said point being on the North line of said Section 30;Thence S24°46'32"E along the centerline of Westehore Drive,324.91 feet;Thence S65°13'28"W, 30.00 feet to a point on the Westerlyright of way line of Westshore Drive and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;Thence S65°13'28"W,50.90 feet;Thence S24°46'32"E,60.00 feet;Thence N89°13'00"W,55.72 feet to a point of the Westerly right of way line of Westshore Drive;Thence N24°46'32"W along the Westerly right of way line of Westshore Drive,82.66 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
