A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS FORMUNICIPALUSEASPARTOFTHEINTERLAKEROADRECONSTRUCTION
PROJECT
Recitalsi
1.Streetand utility improvements,lying in dedicated right-of-way or easements,are in placeandconnectedtotheCityofMosesLake's street and utility systems as part of theInterlakeRoadReconstructionProject.
2.Said street and utility improvements have been installedin accordance with the CityofMosesLake's Community Standards,such installationbeing completed in June,2002.
3.RCW 35.91.030indicated thatpublic street and utility facilities,which are developerinstalled,should be accepted by the Cityof Moses Lake upon completion if thefacilitiesarebuilttocitystandards.
Resolved:
1.The CityCouncilof the Cityof Moses Lake accepts thestreet and utility improvementsasfacilitiesoftheCityofMosesLakeandassuchwillchargeforuseofsuchfacilitiesasauthorizedbyordinance.
2.After June 25,2003,all further maintenance and operation cost of said street and utilityimprovements,shall be borne bythe City of Moses Lake,as provided bycity ordinance.
