A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT GRANTING AN
EASEMENT TO TIE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT NO.2 OF GRANT COUNTY
Recitals:
1.The Public UtilityDistrict No.2 of Grant Countyhas requested an easement.
2.This Easement has been requested to construct,reconstruct,patrol,maintain and remove overhead and/or
underground electrical distributionline(s).
Resolved:
he City Council of the Cityof Moses Lake doesresolve that the City Manager be authorized to execute an easement
upon the followingdescribed property to the Public Utility District No.2 of Grant County.

Washingtonis herebygranted to the PublicUtilityDistrict No.2,upon the following describedproperty:

THE EASEMENT AREAand right of way herebygranted covers a 10 footstripof land,lying over,under and across the
above describedland,the exact locationof which is 5 feet on each side of a centerline which is currently markedonGrantor's propetty.
