A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT TO THE MOSES LAKE POLICEDEPARTMENTFROMTHEWASHINGTONTRAFFICSAFETYCOMMISSION
RECITALS:
1.The Washington Traffic Safety Commission has awarded a grant to the Cityof Moses LakePoliceDepartmentTrafficSafetySchoolZoneEnforcement.
2.The grant is in the amount of $7,000.00,to be used for thepurchase "Stop Sticks"(tachstrips)for each patrol vehicle and tworadar units.
RESOLVED:
L The City of Moses Lake accepts the grant for the Moses Lake Police Department TrafficSafetySchoolZoneEnforcement.
2.The City of Moses Lake expresses appreciation to the Washington Traffic Safety Commission.
