A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE MOSES LAKEBUSINESS ASSOCIATION'S
THIRDTHURSDAYON THIRDAVENUE
RECITALS:
1.The Moses Lake Business Association has organizeda reoccurringoutdoorarts and craftsfestival for
June 19,July 17,August 21,September 18 and October 16,2003.
2.The Cityof Moses Lake endorses theconcept.
RESOLVED:
1.The Moses Lake Business Association shall be allowedtouse the100 and 200 blocks ofThirdAvenueforitsfestivalrelatedactivities;i.e.arts and craftsvendors,entertainment,and foodvendors.
2.The Moses Lake Business Association shallobtaina master business license for thefestival.Allarts,
crafts,and food vendors,and all other business activities associated and approvedby the Moses LakeBusinessAssociation,shallbe sponsored by the Moses Lake Business Association andoperate under
theauspices of thefestival.Allsuch associated and sponsored activities shall be covered bythemasterlicense.
3.The CityCouncil of the CityofMoses Lake approves of street barricading for thefestival related activitiesrequiredbytheMosesLakeBusinessAssociation.Responsibility for obtainingand setting barricadesshallremainwiththeMosesLakeBusinessAssociation.
