A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS FORMUNICIPALUSETOSERVETHEASPICOMMERCEPARKSOUTHSHORTPLAT
Recitals:
1.Street and utility improvements have been installed,lying in dedicated right-of-way or
easements,and connected to the City of Moses Lake's utility system.
2.Said,utility improvements have been installed in accordance with the Cityof Moses
Lake's CommunityStandards,such installationbeing completed in July,2003.
3.RCW.35.91.030 indicates thatpublic street and utility facilities,which are developer
installed,should be accepted by the City of Moses Lake uponcompletion if the facilities
are built to city standards.
Resolved:
1.The City Council of the City of Moses Lake accepts the utility improvements as facilitiesoftheCityofMosesLakeandassuchwillchargeforuseoffacilitiesasauthorizedbyordinance.This approval is contingent on City Councilacceptingany required easements
or any required maintenance bonds.
2.After July 22,2004,all further maintenance and operation cost of utility improvements,shall be borne by the City of Moses Lake,as provided by city ordinance.
