A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZINGABANDONMENTOF AN EASEMENT
RECITALS:
1.Larry Peterson has requested the Cityof Moses Lake abandon a fivefoot easement as shown onLot1,BIk1,CrestviewHeights Addition.
2.The propertylines for the lot have been adjustedand the easement willrun throughthe lot.
3.New easements willbe provided around theperimeter of the lot so the easement is no longerneeded.
RESOLVED:
1.The CityCouncil oftheCityof Moses Lake does resolve thatthe5'easement as shownon Lot 1,Block 1,CrestviewHeights Addition willbe abandoned and that the CityManager is authorizedtoexecutethenecessarydocumentsinordertoaccomplishthatabandonment.
