RECITALS:
1.Public UtilityDistrict No.2 of Grant Countyhas requested an easement.
2.The easement is to construct,reconstruct,operate,patrol,maintain and removeoverhead and/orundergroundelectricaldistributionlines.
RESOLVED:
1.The CiteyManager and Finance Director be authorized to execute an easement for the followingdescribdproperty:
