DEPARTMENT TRAFFIC SAFETY PROGRAM
RECITALS:
1.The Washington Traffic Safety Commission has awarded the Moses Lake PoliceDepartmentagranttoparticipatein"Drive Hammered,Get Nailed"DUI enforcement.
2.The grant is in the amount of $3,000.00to be used to pay overtime to officers workingduringthe"Drive Hammered,Get Nailed"DUI enforcement emphasis.
RESOLVED:
1.The City of Moses Lake accepts the grant for the MosesLake Police Traffic SafetyProgram.
2.The City of Moses Lake expresses appreciation to the Was 'n TrafEcCommission.
