Recitals:
1.Resolution No.238 provides thatall grants of real estate,or any interest therein,totheCityofMosesLake,shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passes by theCityofMosesLake.
2.Ken A.Buley,has presented an easement for construction of Yonezawa Boulevard east of
State Route 17.
Resolved:
1.Easements for municipal services and uses for the following described property areherebyacceptedbytheCityofMosesLake.
