Recitals:
1.Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any interesttherein,to theCityofMosesLake,shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passes by theCityofMosesLake.
2.Highland Holding Company and Daniel R.And Dorothy F.Thomas,.have presented aneasementforconstructionofYonezawaBoulevardeastofStateRoute17.
Resolved:
1.Easements for municipal purposes and uses for thefollowing described property is hereby
accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
