2611_00001RESOLUTION NO.2611 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A MUNICIPAL HYDRANT FOR MUNICIPAL USE AT1001WESTVALLEYROADANDGRAPEDRIVE Recitals: 1.Hydrant improvements,lying in dedicated right-of-way or easements,are in place and connected to the City of Moses Lake's street and utility systems in conjunction with theSourceofLifeChurch. 2.Said hydrant has been installed in accordance with the Cityof Moses Lake's Community Standards,such installation being completed in April,2004. 3.RCW 35.9L030 indicated thatpublic street and utility facilities,which are developer installed,should be accepted by the City of Moses Lake upon completion if the facilities are built to city standards. Resolved: L The City Council of the City of Moses Lake accepts the hydrant improvement as facilities of the City of Moses Lake and as such will charge for use of such facilities as authorized by ordinance. 2.After April 27,2005 all further maintenance and operation cost of said street and utility improvements,shall be borne by the City of Moses Lake,as provided by city ordinance.
