RECITALS:
1.Bob Buhl has requested the City of Moses Lake toabandon a tenfoot easement as shown on Lot 1,Poplar Sands #2 Short Plat and described as follows:
Commencing at the southcorner ofLot1,Poplar Sands #2 Short Plat,per Grant County Auditors platrecords,book 11,page 24;thence North 48°26'07"East,268.17 feet along the southeasterly line ofsaidLot1tothesouthwesterlycurveofafifteenfootwideeasementdescribedinauditorsfilenumberO718657;thencealong a 670.00 foot radius curve,concavetothe southwest,an arc distance of 10.30feet,the chord being North 27°36'58"West,10.30 feet along said southwesterly curve to the point ofbeginning;thence along a 670.00 foot radius curve,concave to thesouthwest,an arc distance of482.99 feet,the chord being North 48°42'30"West,472.60 feet continuing along said southwesterly
curve extended;thence South 21°29'42"West,10.00 feet;thence along a 660.00 foot radius curve,concave to the southwest,an arc distance of 478.34 feet,the chord being South 48°36'38"East,467.94 feet;thence North 48°26'07"East,10.00 feet to the point of beginning.
