2647_00001RESOLUTION NO.2647 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM LEROY L.FRIDAY Recitals: 1.Resolution No.238 provides that all grant or real estate,or any interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2.Leroy L.Friday has presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake. Resolved: 1.An easement for municipal purposes for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: A 30 footwide easement for sewer lying 15 feet on eachside of the followingdescribed linelocated in the North ½of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 10,Township 19 North,Range 28 East W.M.,Grant County,Washingtondescribed as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of Larson Plat #3,per Grant CountyAuditors plat records,book 6, page 20;thence North 89°52'40"West,225.13feet along the South line of the North ½of theNorthwest quarter of the Southwestquarter of Section 10,Township 19North,Range28 East W.M.,to the northerly right-of-way of StateRoute 17;thence North 59°50'50"West,10.05 feet along said right-of-way to the point of beginning;thence North 24°21'04"East,44.37 feet;thence North 38°16'06"West,193.38 feet; thenceNorth 14°50'42"East,362.09 feet to the southerly county road right-of-way as shown on Gateway Estates Division I Plat per Grant County Auditors records,Book 10,Page 38,and the end of this easement;said point bears South 89°44'42"East 417.58 feet from the intersection of said southerly countyroad right- of-way and the west line of the southwest quarter of Section 10. The side lines of said 30 foot easement to be extended or shortened to meet at angle points and to terninate at the said northerly and southerly rights-of-ways.
