Recitals:
1 Resolution No.238 provides that all grant or real estate,or any interest therein,to the
City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the
City Council.
2.Gary E.and Rose Ann Males have presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake.
Resolved:
1.An easement for municipal purposes for the following described property is hereby
accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
An easement in the Northwest 1/4,Section 10,Township 19 North,Range 28 East W.M.,Grant
County,Washington,describedas follows:
The west 10.00 feet of Lot 14,Block 2,Lincoln Plat,per GrantCountyAuditor's plat records
book 8,page 10.
The grantor may build a fence within the describedeasement understanding work in the
easement may damage such fence.
