A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO GRANT AN EASEMENT
TO THE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT NO.2 OF GRANT COUNTY
Recitals:
1.Public Utility District No.2 of GrantCounty has presented an easement.O 2.Easement requested is to construct,reconstruct,operate,patrol,maintain and removeoverheadand/or underground electrical distribution lines in order to assist inthecontinuedimprovementofelectricaltelecommunicationandotherservicesalong Road K
SE.
Resolved:
The City Councilof the City of Moses Lake does resolve that the City Manager be authorized to
execute an easement in the following described property to thePublic Utility District No.2 of
Grant County.
1.A utility easement of utility purposes and uses,to Public Utility District No.2 of Grant
County,State of Washington is hereby granted to Public Utility District No.2,upon the
following described property:
The northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 12,
Township 18 North,Range 28 East,W.M.,Grant County,Washington
THE EASEMENT AREA and right of way hereby granted covers a 10 foot strip of land,
lying over,under and across the above described land,the exact location of which is 5
feet on each side of a centerline which is currently staked on Grantor's property.
