A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WATER MAIN IMPROVËMENTS FOR MUNICIPAL
USE FROM BIG BEND COMMUNITY COLLEGE
Recitals:
1.Water main improvements,lying in dedicated right-of-way or easements,are in place and
O connected tothe City of Moses Lake's street and utility systems to serve Big Bend
Community College Library/GTATEC.
2.Said water main improvements have been installed in accordance with the City of Moses
Lake's Community Standards,such installation being completed in February,2005.
3.RCW 35.9LO30 indicates thatpublic street and utility facilities,which are developer
installed,should be accepted by the City of Moses Lake upon completion if the facilities
are built to city standards.
Resolved:
1.The City Council of the City of Moses Lake accepts the water main improvements asfacilitiesoftheCityofMosesLakeandassuchwillchargeforuseofsuchfacilitiesas
authorized by ordinance.
2.After February 22,2006 all further maintenance and operation cost of said street and
utility improvements,shall be borne by the City of Moses Lake,as provided by city
ordinance.
