A RESOLUTION INCREASING PETTY CASH ACCOUNTS INTHE PARKS ANDRECREATIONDEPARTMENT
Recitals:
1.The Parks and Recreation Director and theFinance Director are requesting that,due to internalcontrolsandtheneedforweekendchange,petty cash accounts be increased or established.
2.RCW 42.26.060 allows for theestablishment and use of such petty cash accounts.
Resolved:
1.That thefollowing petty cash account be increased by thefollowing amount:
A.Moses Lake Family Aquatic Center $500.00
2.That the following petty cash accounts are established or have been established as follows fortheParksandRecreationDepartment:
A.Aquatic Center Concession $300B.Cascade Park $100C.Larson Concession $300D.Aquatic Center $950E.Museum $100F.Administration Office $200G.Lauzier Athletic Complex Concession $300H.Larson Recreation Center $300I.Parks and Recreation Department $500
