A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ABANDONMENTOF EASEMENTS
RECITALS:
1.Ward and Barbara Raap have requested the Cityof Moses Lake abandon thefollowing describedeasements:
An easement in Lot33 and Lot 34,Westlake Shores Phase II,in theNorthwest 1/4,Section 32,Township 19 North,Range 28 East W.M.,City of Moses Lake,Grant County,Washington,described as follows:
The 5'wide utilityeasement on each side of thelot lines common to Lot33 and Lot 34,Westlake Shores Phase 11plat,per Grant County Auditor plat records,volume51,page2057,A.F.N.111885179 and 111885180
2.Potential users ofthe easements have been notified of the proposed abandonment.
RESOLVED:
1.The CityCouncil of the City of Moses Lake does resolve thatthe easements as shown on Lots 33and34,Block 4,Westlake Shores Phase 2 as described above willbe abandoned and thattheCityManagerisauthorizedtoexecutethenecessarydocumentsinordertoaccomplishthatAdoptedabbyhde
