A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO GRANT A PUBLIC
UTILITY EASEMENT TO SERVE THE LARSON PLAYFIELD,FIRE STATION 2,
AND THE LEFTWICH SHORT PLAT
Recitals:
L The City of Moses Lake grants a public utility easement.
2.Public Utility Easement is to allow power,fiber,gas,phone,cable and other public
utilities to cross a portion of the Larson Playfield Plat.
Resolved:
1.The City Council of the City of Moses Lake does resolve that the City Manager be
authorized to execute an easement on the following described property:
A public utility easement to accommodate various utilities serving the Larson Playfield,
Fire Station 2,and the Leftwich Short Plat the following described property:
That portion of the Southeast quarter of Section 28,Township 19 North,Range 28 East,
W.M.,City of Moses Lake,County of Grant,State of Washington,being described as atenfoot(10.00')wide easement for electrical utility purposes described as follows:
Commencing at the easterly most corner of the Larson Playfield Plat as found in Book 18
of Plats,pages 44 through 46,as record under the Grant County Auditor's File Number
1025859,said point also being thenortherly most corner of the Peninsula School Major
Plat as recorded in Book 21 of Plats,pages 18 and 19,as recorded under the Grant
County Auditor's File Number 1095498;thence South 44°26'00"West,coincident with
the southeasterly boundary line of said Larson Playfield Plat and the northwesterly
boundary line of said Peninsula School Major Plat,a distance of 345.62 feet to the
POIINT OF BEGINNING;thence continuing South.44°26'00"West,coincident with
the southeasterly boundary line of said Larson Playfield Plat and the northwesterly
boundary line of said Peninsula School Major Plat,a distance of 12.81feet;thence North
84°13'42"West a distance of76.84 feet;thence North 44°27'33"East a distance of 12.81
feet;thenceSouth 84°13'42"East a distance of 76.84feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING;
Containing 0.018 Acres,more or less.
