RECITALS:
The City of Moses Lake Police Department has beenawarded a Homeland Security Grant in theformofaThermalImagerwitharetailvalueof$15,000.000RESOLVED:
1.The City of Moses Lake accepts thisgrant from Homeland Security.
2.The Thermal Imager will be used by the Police Department in criminal investigations.
