Recitals:
1.HPH,LLC,Enterprises has requested an easement.O 2.Easement requested is to allow the construction of a water pipeline across City propertyinthePlatofWestlakeTracttoservetheproposedAardvarkMini-Storage.
Resolved:
The City Council of the City of Moses Lake does resolve that the City Manager be authorized to
execute an easement in the following described property to HPH,LLC,Enterprises.
L An easement for a water pipeline over,under and across the following described property:
THE WEST 20 FEET OF THE EAST 28 FEET OF VACATED NEVADA STREET
ADJACENT TO LOT 5 AND 6,BLOCK 4 OF THE PLAT OF WESTLAKE TRACT,
AS FILED UNDER AFN 1165883,BOOK 3 OF PLATS,PAGE 19,RECORDS OF
GRANT COUNTY,WASHINGTON
To have and to hold said easement and rights unto the Grantee and its assigns forever.
The easements shall run with the land.
