2746-A• • • RESOLUTION NO. 2/46A A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENTS TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM AHO CONSTRUCTION Recitals: 1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2.AHO Construction, has presented easements to the City of Moses Lake. Resolved: 1. An easement for municipal purposes for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: A municipal easement for sidewalks located in a portion of "CAMPBELL-MICHEL ESTATES #1 MAJOR PLAT" according to the Plat thereof recorded in Book 24 of the Major Plats, page 11, Records of Grant County, Washington lying within a portion of the East-half of the Southwest quarter of Section 26, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, Willamette Meridian, Grant County, Washington described as follows: A 2.00-foot wide municipal easement for the installation, maintenance, renewal and replacement of said sidewalk, over and across a strip of land 2.00 feet in width, lying within a portion of LOT 16,BLOCK 4, "CAMPBELL-MICHEL ESTATES #1 MAJOR PLAT" (Bk. 24 of Major Plats, pg 11) described as follows: The Easterly 2.00 feet of said LOT 16, BLOCK 4. A 4.00-foot wide municipal easement for the installation, maintenance, renewal and replacement of said sidewalks, over and across a strip of land 4.00 feet in width, lying within a portion of LOT 17,BLOCK 4, "CAMPBELL-MICHEL ESTATES #1 MAJOR PLAT" (Bk. 24 of Major Plats, pg.11) described as follows: The Easterly 4.00 feet of said LOT 17, BLOCK 4. A 2.00-foot wide municipal easement for the installation, maintenance, renewal and replacement of said sidewalks, over and across a strip of land 2.00 feet in width, lying within a portion of LOTS 1,3,5,7,9,11 and 13, BLOCK 5, "CAMPBELL-MICHEL ESTATES #1 MAJOR PLAT" (Bk. 24 of Major Plats, pg. 11) described as follows: The Northerly 2.00 feet and the Westerly 2.00 feet of said LOT 1, BLOCK 5. The Westerly 2.00 feet of said LOTS 3,5,7,9,11 and 13, BLOCK 5. A 4.00-foot wide municipal easement for the installation, maintenance, renewal and replacement of said sidewalks, over and across a strip of land 4.00 feet in width, lying within a portion of LOT 15, BLOCK 5, "CAMPBELL-MICHEL ESTATES #1 MAJOR PLAT" (Bk.24 of Major Plats, pg. 11) described as follows: The Westerly 4.00 feet of said LOT 15, BLOCK 5. A 2.00-foot wide municipal easement for the installation, maintenance, renewal and replacement of said sidewalks, over and across a strip of land 2.00 feet in width, lying within a portion of LOT 2, BLOCK 7, "CAMPBELL-MICHEL ESTATES #1 MAJOR PLAT" (Bk. 24 of Major Plats, pg. 11) described as follows: oCA,L-t-e Ronald C. ATTEST: The Westerly 2.00 feet of said LOT 2, BLOCK 7.• It is the intent of this legal description to create either a 2.00-foot or 4.00-foot wide municipal easement for sidewalks over and across the above mentioned lots, said easement is to be located immediately adjacent to existing road right-of-way lines as dedicated and shown on the Plat of "CAMPBELL-MICHEL ESTATES #1 MAJOR PLAT" (Bk. 24 of Major Plats, pg. 11) TOGETHER WITH AND SUBJECT TO easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions apparent or of record.
