A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO GRANT A PRIVATE
EASEMENT TO HEIDER PROPERTIES, LLC
Recitals:
1.Heider Properties, LLC has requested an easement
2.Easement requested is to allow a private communication line to be installed and
maintained to serve the Porterhouse Restaurant and Lounge.
Resolved:
The City Council of the City of Moses Lake does resolve that the City Manager be authorized to
execute an easement in the following described property to Heider Properties, LLC.
1. A parcel of land on the Suko-Penhallurick Addition, in the Southwest 1/4, Section 14,
Township 19 North, Range 28 East W.M., City of Moses Lake, Grant County,
Washington, described as follows:
Commencing at the north corner of Lot 1, Block 107, of Suko-Penhallurick Addition, as
recorded in Grant County Auditor plat records, book 7, page 9, which corner is on the
southeast right-of-way line of Fourth Avenue; thence South 36°18'00" East, 111.00 feet,
along the northeast property lines of lots 1,2,3,4,and 5 of said Block 107; thence North
53°42'00" East, 20 feet across a portion of land vacated by Ordnance 797, to the Point of
Beginning; thence continuing North 53°42'00" East, 40.00 feet, to the southeast property
line of Lot 20 of above said Block 107; thence South 36°18'00" East, 10.00 feet, along the
southeast lot line of said Lot 20; thence South 53°42'00" West, 40.00 feet, to the northeast
line of said vacated land; thence North 36°18'00" West, 10.00 feet, to the Point of
Beginning. Containing 400.00 square feet, more or less.
