2748RESOLUTION NO. 2748 • • A RESOLUTION WITH REGARD TO SPONSORING THE MULTI-AGENCY COMMUNICATIONS CENTER'S (MACC E911) REQUEST TO JOIN THE ASSOCIATION OF WASHINGTON CITIES EMPLOYEE BENEFIT TRUST RECITALS: 1.The City of Moses Lake is a member of the Multi-Agency Communications Center (MACC E911) which was created by an inter-local co-operation agreement as authorized by RCW 39.34. 2.The Multi-Agency Communications Center (MACC E911) provides emergency 911 dispatchin services for the City of Moses Lake. These are services that the City of Moses Lake previou provided with its own staff in the Moses Lake Fire and Police Departments. 3.The Multi-Agency Communications Center (MACC E911) would like to participate in the Assoc of Washington Cities (AWC) Employee Benefit Trust benefits program as a quasi-municipal 4.Association of Washington Cities (AWC) Employee Benefit Trust requires that a city memb Association of Washington Cities (AWC) Employee Benefit Trust sponsor a non-city entity' before the non-city entity can participate in the Association of Washington Cities (AWC) Benefit Trust benefit programs.
