Con-, Finance Director RESOLUTION NO. 2750 •A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A STATUTORY WARRANTY DEED TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM NORMAN VEHRS Recitals: 1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2.Norman Vehrs has presented a statutory warranty deed to the City of Moses Lake. Resolved: 1. A deed for municipal purposes for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: Parcel 1: That portion of the SW'/ of the NW'/ of Section 23, Township 19 North, Range 28 E., W. M., in Grant County, Washington, described as follows: Beginning at the most easterly corner of Block 28, Town of Neppel, according to the plat hereof filed October 15, 1912, running thence South 36°18'00 East along the northeasterly boundary line of said Block 28, extended, a distance of 750 feet; thence South 53°42'00" West a distance of 315 feet to the true point of beginning; thence South 36°18'00" East 189.10 feet; thence South 00°14'30" West a distance of 265.90 feet, more or less, to the southwest corner of tract of land conveyed to J. W. Wheeler Co., a corporation, bearing Auditor's File No. 188391; thence South 89°45'30" East a distance of 200 feet to the west line of the right- of-way of County Road #722; thence South 00°14'30" West along the west boundary line of said right-of- way, being 30 feet west from the center line thereof, a distance of 60 feet, more or less, to the northeast corner of the tract of land conveyed to Han-y E. Harlow by deed bearing Auditor's File No. 172088; thence North 89°45'30" West a distance of 200 feet; thence South 00°14'30" West a distance of 249.22 feet, more or less, to a point which is 200 feet northerly, measured at right angles from the south line of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 23; thence westerly on a straight line a distance of 775.08 feet, more or less, to a point of intersection with the west line of said Section 23, which point is 200 feet northerly, measured at right angles from the south line of the SW '/4 of the NW '/4 of said Section 23; thence North 00°15'30" East on said west line of Section 23 to a point of intersection with a line running South 53°42'00" West from the true point of beginning; thence North 53°42'00" East along said line to the true point of beginning, EXCEPT that portion conveyed to the City of Moses Lake, a municipal corporation by instrument recorded October 25, 1956, under Auditor's File No. 280429. Parcel 2: That portion of the SW 1/4 of the NW '/4 of Section 23, Township 19 North, Range 28, E.W.M., in Grant County, Washington, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the south line of the NW 1/4 of Section 23 and the west line of a road known as Grant County Road No. 722 (also known as Division Street in the City of Moses Lake); thence North 00°14'30" East along the west line of said road a distance of 400 feet; thence North 89°45'30" West a distance of 180 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing North 89°45'30" West a distance of 20 feet; thence North 00°14'30" East a distance of 50 feet; thence South 89°45'30" East a distance of 20 feet; thence South 00°14'30" West a distance of 50 feet to the true point of beginning.
