A RESOLUTION ALLOWING SPECIALTY CHEMICAL PRODUCTS TO BUILD ON
UNPLATTED PROPERTY OWNED BY CENTRAL LEASING OF WASHINGTON
RECITALS:
1.Moses Lake Municipal Code 16.02.040 allows for the issuance of a building permit to a
proponent who wishes to build on unplatted property after a resolution from the City Council.
2.Speciality Chemical Products has requested the City Council allow it to build on unplatted
property owned by Central Leasing of Washington described as follows:
That portion of the NE 1/4 of Section 20, Township 19 North, Range 29 East, W.M., Grant
County, Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the east line of said NE 1/4 of Section 20, said point bearing
North 00°24'57" East, 541.21 feet from the southeast corner of said NE 1/4 of
Section 20; thence North 89°36'24" West, 1522.43 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence continuing North 89°36'24" West, 487.52 feet; thence North
00°27'57" East, 8.21 feet; thence North 89°25'14" West, 140.14 feet; thence South
00°22'53" West, 412.93 feet; thence South 89°30'21" East, 627.78 feet; thence
North 00°21'44" East, 405.37 feet to the true point of beginning; together with and
subject to easements, restrictions, and reservations of record.
RESOLVED:
1. That Specialty Chemical Products be allowed to construct a building on unplatted property
•described above with the condition that a plan be devised to trigger the platting process.
