Cone, Finance Director RESOLUTION NO. 2764 • A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A STATUTORY WARRANTY DEED TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM ALTA MAXINE MELVIN RECITALS: 1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2.Alta Maxine Melva has presented a statutory warranty deed to the City of Moses Lake. RESOLVED: 1. A deed for municipal purposes for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: That portion of the SW'/ of the NW% of Section 23, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, W. M., described as follows: Beginning at the most easterly corner of Block 28, Town of Neppel (Now Moses Lake); thence South 36°18'00" East along the northeasterly line of said Block 28, extended, 761.05 feet; thence South 08°03'00" East along the westerly right-of-way line of Grant County Road #722 a distance of 180.44 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence South 53°42'00" West, 229.59 feet, thence South 36°18'00" East, 19.10 feet, which point shall be known as point "A" for the purpose of this description; Beginning again at the True Point of Beginning, thence South 08°03'00" East along said right-of-way line; 186.53 feet; thence South 00°14'30" West along said right-of-way line, 210 feet more or less to a point which is 510 feet northerly, measured along said right-of-way line, from the south line of the Northwest quarter of Section 23, Township 19 North, Range 28 E.W.M., thence North 89°45'30" West, 200 feet; thence North 00°14'30" East, 250 feet, more or less to the above described point "A".
