Covey, IV1,4y • • RESOLUTION NO. 2780 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM SKILLSOURCE Recitals: 1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2.Skillsource has presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake. Resolved: 1. An easement for municipal purposes for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: A tract of land in the Northwest quarter of Section 23, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, W.M., Grant County, Washington, more fully described as follows: Commencing at the monument at the intersection of South Balsam Street and East Fifth Avenue, from which the monument at the intersection of South Balsam Street and East Seventh Avenue bears S36°16'35"E, 705.82 feet; thence S36°16'35"E, along the centerline of said South Balsam Street, 35.00 feet; thence N53°42'00"E along the Southeast right of way of East Fifth Avenue, 112.58 feet to THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence N64°00'17"E, 55.90 feet; thence N53°42'00"E parallel with the Southeast right of way of said East Fifth Avenue, 37.00 feet; thence N36°18'00"W perpendicular to the Southeast right of way of said East Fifth Avenue, 10.00 feet to a point on the Southeast right of way of said East Fifth Avenue; thence S53°42'00"W along the Southeast right of way of said Fifth Avenue, 92.00 feet to THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
