Covey, Mayor< RESOLUTION NO. 2783 • A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO GRANT AN EASEMENT TO PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 2 OF GRANT COUNTY Recitals: 1.Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County has requested an easement. 2.Easement requested is to construct, reconstruct, operate, patrol, maintain and remove overhead and/or underground electrical distribution lines in order to assist in the continued improvement of electric, telecommunication and other services along Patton Boulevard. Resolved: The City Council of the City of Moses Lake does resolve that the City Manager be authorized to execute and easement in the following described property to Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County. 1. A utility easement for utility purposes and uses, to Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, State of Washington is hereby granted to Public Utility District No. 2, upon the following described property: Beginning at a point 4175.05 feet South and 3533.34 feet West of the Southeast corner of Section 33-20-28 (whose Washington State Grid South zone coordinates are Y674047.08-X2298909.20 and are referred to U.S.C.&G.S. station "SPAD" whose W.S.G.S. zone coordinates are Y676911.66-X228625.74) thence N 26°58'00" E 75.50 feet; thence N04°51 150" W74.88 feet; thence N 66°47'12" W 156.34 feet to the Easterly r/w of a county road known as Patton Blvd.; thence S 18°55'33" E along the Easterly r/w of said Patton Blvd. 186.68 feet; thence S 64°00'27" E 61.47 feet to the point of beginning. The above consisting of .4 acre of land, more or less. THE EASEMENT AREA and right of way hereby granted covers a 10 foot strip of land, lying over, under and across the above described land, the exact location of which is 5 feet on each side of a centerline which is currently staked on Grantor's property.
