2786• • RESOLUTION NO. 2786 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A QUITCLAIM DEED TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM THE WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION Recitals: 1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2.The Washington State Department of Transportation has presented a quitclaim deed to the City of Moses Lake. Resolved: 1. A deed for municipal purposes for the following described property is hereby a cepted by the City of Moses Lake: All that part of the area designated for Relinquishment to City as shown on Exhibit A attached to TB2-0075, dated May 2, 2005, on file in the office of the Secretary of Transportation at Olympia, Washington, located within the limits of SR 90, SR 171 Interchange, as delineated on sheet 2 of 2 sheets, approved April 14, 1995, revised October 1, 1999, and SR 90, Moses Lake East, as delineated on sheet 2 of 7 sheets, approved October 21, 1947, revised June 18, 1999, lying within Government Lot 1, the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter and the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter, all in Section 33, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, W.M. in Grant County, Washington.
