2795RESOLUTION NO. 2795 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM MOSES LAKE AUTO WRECKING Recitals: 1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2.Moses Lake Auto Wrecking have presented a easement to the City of Moses Lake. Resolved: 1. An easement for municipal purposes for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: The Grantor shall maintain an unobstructed, 15-foot wide path from the parcel's access off of Farmer Drive to the City of Moses Lake's lift station site at all times. The route can be located anywhere within the area described below and can be relocated to better coordinate with future improvements on this parcel. That portion of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 14, Township 19 North, Range 28 East W.M., City of Moses Lake, Grant County, Washington, described as follows: Commencing at the East 1/4 corner of Section 14, Township 19 North, Range 28 East W.M., thence North 00°28'50" East, 402.87 feet, along the east line of Section 14; thence North 89°51'48" West, 524.13 feet; thence North 00°08'12" East, 150.00 feet; thence North 89°51'48" West, 496.48 feet, to the point of beginning; thence continuing North 89°51'48" West, 43.52 feet; thence South 00°08'12" West, 1.31 feet; thence North 89°5F48" West, 60.00 feet; thence North 00°08'12" East, 1.31 feet; thence North 89°51'48" West, 47.30 feet; thence North 32°44'45" East, 24.49 feet; thence North 81°33'59" East, 83.32 feet; thence South 58°58'04" East, 64.36 feet, to the point of beginning, containing 0.08 acres more or less.
