Covey, Mayor RESOLUTION NO. 2799 • A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM THE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 2 OF GRANT COUNTY Recitals: 1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2.Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County has presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake. Resolved: 1. An easement for municipal purposes for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: Easement in the Northeast 1/4, of Section 27, Township 19 North, Range 28 East W.M., City of Moses Lake, Grant County, Washington, described as follows: A 60.00 foot wide easement, 30.00 feet on each side of the following described centerline: Commencing at the southwest comer of Lot 14, Broad Ripple Addition No. 3, per Grant County Auditor plat records volume 7, page 15, thence North 89°50'39" West, 31.43 feet, along the extended south line of Lot 14 to the centerline of Lakeway Drive; thence South 1T31'09" West, 24.94 feet; thence South 00°09'55" East, 176.21 feet, to the north line of the south 100.00 feet of the north 1300.00 feet of the Northeast 1/4, of the Northeast 1/4, of Section 27 and the centerline point of beginning; thence South 00°09'55" East, 100.00 feet, to the south line of the south 100.00 feet of the north 1300.00 feet, of the Northeast 1/4, of the Northeast 1/4, of Section 27, to the centerline end, the side lines of said easement to be shortened or lengthened to meet property lines at the beginning and end of said centerline; containing 0.14 acres more or less; and A 60.00 foot wide easement, 30.00 feet on each side of the following described centerline: Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot 42, Broad Ripple Addition No. 3, per Grant County Auditor plat records volume 7, page 15, thence South 89°50'39" East, 30.00 feet along the extended south line of lot 42, to the centerline of James Avenue; Thence South 00°10'30" West, 200.00 feet, to the north line of the south 100.00 feet of the north 1300.00 feet of the Northeast 1/4, of the Northeast 1/4, of Section 27 and the centerline point of beginning; thence South 00°10'30".
