2800• RESOLUTION NO. 2800 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A QUITCLAIM DEED TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM SUSAN AND PETER WICKS Recitals: 1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2.Susan and Peter M. Wicks have presented a quitclaim deed to the City of Moses Lake. Resolved: 1. A deed for municipal purposes for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: A parcel of land in lot 604, of the Replat of Lots 599 Thru 606, and 599A Thru 604A of Larson Subdivision in the Southeast 1/4, of Section 32, Township 20 North, Range 28 East W.M., Grant County, Washington, described as follows: Beginning at the most northerly corner of Lot 604, Replat of Lots 599 Thru 606, and 599A Tlu-u 604A of Larson Subdivision, as recorded in Grant County Auditor plat records, book 11, page 27; thence South 40°09' 35" West, 67.82 feet along a northwesterly line of lot 604: thence South 46°27'35" East, 21.49 feet to the most westerly corner of parcel number 17-1037-000 as shown on said replat; thence North 6T43'24" East, 52.50 feet along the northerly line to the northerly corner of said parcel; thence South 22°16'36" West, 46.00 feet along the easterly line of said parcel to its easterly corner; thence South 67°43'24" West, 31.84 feet along the southerly line of said parcel; thence South 46°27'35" East, 43.31 feet to the northerly line of Castle Drive as shown on said Replat; thence along said northerly line along a 1365.00 foot radius curve, concave to the southeast, an arc of 68.10 feet, the chord being North 37°27'52" East. 68.09 feet to the most easterly corner of said Lot 604; thence North 46°27'35" West, 112.01 feet along a northeasterly line of said Lot 604 to the point of beginning.
