RESOLUTION NO. 2825
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE
FROM PELICAN HORN LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
Recitals:
1.Resolution No. 238 provides all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the City of
Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City
Council.
2.Pelican Horn Limited Partnership have presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake.
Resolved:
1. An easement for municipal purposes for the following described property is hereby
accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
Begirming at the northeast corner of the plat of Beech Court Addition, as recorded in
Book 9, Page 66, records of Grant County, Washington, said northeast corner of said plat
being on the southeasterly right-of-way line of Sixth Avenue; thence South 36°18'00"
East, along the northeasterly line of said plat, 1.68 feet; thence South 53°4328" West,
64.64 feet; thence South 54°14'56" West, 38.51 feet; thence South 24°25'35" West, 11.05
feet; thence South 54°01'50" West, 85.19 feet; thence South 36°58'42" East, 4.67 feet;
thence South 54°30'12" West, 11.76 feet; thence North 36°58'42" West, 4.53 feet; thence
South 53°46'42" West, 91.63 feet; thence South 64°58'06" West, 30.93 feet to the
northwesterly line of said plat and the southeasterly right-of-way line of Sixth Avenue;
thence North 53°42'00" East, along said northwesterly line of said plat and the
southeasterly right-of-way line of Sixth Avenue, 331.70 feet to the true point of
