A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ABANDONMENT OF AN EASEMENT
RECITALS:
1.Molitor Construction requested the City of Moses Lake abandon the easement as shown on the west
side of Parcel 6, Moses Lake Travel Plaza Second Addition, described as follows:
An easement in Parcel 6, of the Commercial Binding Site Plan for Composite Moses Lake Travel
Plaza Major Plat, in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 36, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, W.M., City
of Moses Lake, Grant County, Washington, described as follows:
The 10.00 foot wide public utility easement on the west side of Parcel 6, as shown on the
Commercial Binding Site Plan for Composite Moses Lake Travel Plaza Major Plat, as recorded in
the Grant County Auditor binding site plan book 1 of surveys at page 93.
2.Potential users of the easements have been notified of the proposed abandonment.
RESOLVED:
1. The City Council of the City of Moses Lake does resolve that the easement as shown on the west
side of Parcel 6, Moses Lake Travel Plaza Second Addition will be abandoned o ed and theC • en
