A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN QUIT CLAIM TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE
FROM TF PROPERTIES MOSES LAKE LLC
Recitals:
1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the
City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the
City Council.
2.TF Properties Moses Lake LLC has presented an quit claim to the City of Moses Lake.
Resolved:
1. An easement for municipal purposes for the following described property is hereby
accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
That portion of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 19 North, Range 28 East,
W.M. in the City of Moses Lake, Grant County, Washington more particularly described
as follows: Commencing at the intersection of Division Street and 9 th Avenue (being also
the North line of said Southwest Quarter); thence S89°58'57"E along the centerline of 9th
Avenue, and said North line, a distance of 40.00 fee to the Point of Beginning; thence
continue S89°58'57" along said North line and centerline of 9 th Avenue, a distance of
784.12 feet to the Northwest Corner of GARDEN HEIGHTS SECOND ADDITION
according to the plat recorded in Volume 6 of Plats, Page 10; thence S00°14'23"W along
the West line of said plat, a distance of 30.00 feet; thence N89°58'57''W parallel with said
North line, a distance of 784.15 feet to the East right-of-way of Division Street; thence
N00°171 14"E along said right-of-way a distance of 30.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 23,524 square feet more of less.
