2869• • RESOLUTION NO. 2869 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM BOYDEN, ROBINETT & ASSOCIATES Recitals: 1.Resolution No. 238 provides all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2.Boyden, Robinett & Associates have presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake. Resolved: 1. An easement for municipal purposes for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: A portion of the Major Plat of Peninsula Estates Phase II, per Grant County Auditor Plat Records Book 13, Page 21, located in the Northeast quarter of Section 33, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, W.M., City of Moses Lake, Grant County, Washington, described as follows: Beginning at the northeasterly corner of Major Plat of Peninsula Estates Phase II; thence South 83°28'27" West, 48.20 feet along a northerly boundary of said plat; thence continuing along said plat, along a 5880.00 foot radius arc concave to the North, a distance of 55.59 feet, the chord being South 83°44'42" West, 55.59 feet; thence North 87°59'47" East, 84.44 feet; thence South 64°06'16" East, 15.72 feet; thence South 49°38'06" East, 9.26 feet to a easterly boundary of Major Plat of Peninsula Estates Phase II; thence North 06°31'31" West, 21.58 feet along the easterly boundary line of said plat to the point of beginning.
