2884Accepted by the City Council on July 24, 2007. •RESOLUTION NO. 2884 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM MOSES LAKE INVESTORS, LLC Recitals: Resolution No. 238 provides all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2. Moses Lake Investors, LLC have presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake. Resolved: 1. An easement for municipal purposes for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: An easement in Parcel C, Desertpoint Major Plat, Lot 1, Block 2, Commercial Binding Site Plan, in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 25, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, W.M., City of Moses Lake, Grant County Washington, for all municipal purposes and uses, to the City of Moses Lake, a municipal corporation, upon the following described property: Beginning at the northeast corner of Parcel C, of Desertpoint Major Plat, Lot 1, Block 2, Commercial Binding Site Plan, First Amendment, a record of survey, recorded in Book 2, pages 1 through 4, under Auditor's File Number 121137; thence North 54°20'00" West, along the northerly line of said Parcel C, 62.33 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing North 54°20'00" West, along said northerly line of Parcel C, 10.54 feet; thence leaving said northerly Line of Parcel C, South 35°47'19" West, 11.00 feet; thence South 54°20'00" East, 10.54 feet; thence North 35°47'19" East, 11.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
