RESOLUTION NO. 2902 A RESOLUTION DECLARING CITY OWNED REAL PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING ITS SALE AND ABANDONING THE ASSOCIATED EASEMENT RECITALS: 1.The City of Moses Lake no longer requires the property deeded to the city for Well 16, accepted by Resolution No. 1600, and filed with the Grant County Auditor under #850105 located in Section 20, Township 19 North, Range 29 East, W.M. 2.The property is legally described as follows: A parcel of land located entirely in the SE quarter of Section 20, Township 19 North, Range 29 East, W.M., Grant County, Washington, being more accurately described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of the SE 1/4 of said Section 20; thence South 00°25'18" West, on the east line of said SE 1/4, a distance of 924.35 feet; thence departing from said east line, North 89°34'42" West, perpendicular to said east line, a distance of 1,413.53 feet to the true point of beginning; thence North 00°24'19" East a distance of 50.00 feet; thence North 89°35'41" West a distance of 50.00 feet; thence South 00°24'19" West a distance of 50.00 feet; thence South 89°35'41" East a distance of 50.00 feet to the true point of beginning. Together with a 100 foot radius sanitary easement around the center of the existing well which lies inside the above described parcel as required under WAC 248-54-125. RESOLVED: 1. The City of Moses Lake, Washington, declares that the real property owned by the city and described above is surplus. • 2.
