A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A STATUTORY WARRANTY DEED
TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM RODNEY W. AND NADINE
SAUVAGE
RECITALS:
1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the City
of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City
Council.
2.Rodney W. and Nadine Sauvage presented a statutory warranty deed to the City of Moses
Lake.
RESOLVED:
1. A deed for municipal purposes for the following described property is hereby accepted by
the City of Moses Lake:
A tract of land in the NW 1/4 of Section 15, Township 19 North, Range 28 East W.M; Grant
County, Washington, described as follows:
That portion of the certain parcel of land described in Exhibit A of the real estate contract
recorded under AFN 1166642, records of said Grant County (see Attachment A)
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Tract 40; Park Orchard Tracts, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Acreage Plats, Page 36, records of Grant County, Washington;
thence North 89°54'28" East along the north line of said parcel described in AFN 1166642,
a distance of 252 feet; to the north northeast corner of said parcel described in AFN
1166642; thence South 00°09'50" West along the east line of said parcel described in AFN
1166642, a distance of 30.00 feet;
thence South 89°54'28" West, parallel with the north line of said parcel described in AFN
1166642, a distance of 232.09 feet more or less to a point that is 19.91 feet North 89°54'28"
East of the west line of said parcel described in AFN 1166642, the beginning of a 20.00 foot
radius curve concave to the southeast;
thence along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 89°44'38", a distance of 31.33
feet to the west line of said parcel of land described in AFN 1166642 and the west line of
said Tract 40;
thence North 0°09'50" East, along said west line, a distance of 49.91 feet to the point of
beginning.
Containing 0.18 acres of land, more or less.
