Cone, Finance Director • • RESOLUTION NO. 2906 A RESOLUTION DECLARING CITY OWNED REAL PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING ITS SALE AND ABANDONING THE ASSOCIATED EASEMENT RECITALS: 1.The City of Moses Lake no longer requires the property deeded to the city for Well 15, accepted by Resolution No. 1600, and filed with the Grant County Auditor under #850106 located in Section 20, Township 19 North, Range 29 East, W.M. 2.The property is legally described as follows: A parcel of land located entirely in the NE quarter of Section 20, Township 19 North, Range 29 East, W.M., Grant County, Washington, being more accurately described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of the NE 1/4 of said Section 20; thence South 00°25'00" East, on the east line of said NE 1/4, a distance of 595.65 feet; thence departing from said east line, North 89°35'00" West, perpendicular to said east line, a distance of 1,382.34 feet to the true point of beginning; thence North 00°24'19" East a distance of 50.00 feet; thence North 89°35'41" West a distance of 50.00 feet; thence South 00°24'19" West a distance of 50.00 feet; thence South 89°35'41" East a distance of 50.00 feet to the true point of beginning. Together with a 100 foot radius sanitary easement around the center of the existing well which lies inside the above described parcel as required under WAC 248-54-125. RESOLVED: 1.The City of Moses Lake, Washington, declares that the real property owned by the city and described above is surplus. 2.The real property described above can be deeded to Central Leasing of Washington, LLC. 3.The associated easement is abandoned.
