OLSEN A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES
LAKE FROM OLSEN HOMES, LLC
Recitals:
1.Resolution No. 238 provides all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the City of
Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has bee duly passed by the City
Council.
2.Olsen Homes, LLC have presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake.
Resolved:
1. An easement for municipal purposes for the following described property is hereby
accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
A PORTION OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 19
NORTH, RANGE 28 EAST, W.M., MOSES LAKE, GRANT COUNTY,
WASHINGTON, MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE NORTHERLY CORNER OF THE PLAT OF MONTLAKE
EAST NO.8 MAJOR PLAT, PER THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN BOOK 16
OF PLATS, PAGES 46 THROUGH 47; THENCE S30°36'13"W, ALONG THE WEST
BOUNDARY OF SAID MONTLAKE EAST NO. 8 MAJOR PLAT, 201.58 FEET;
THENCE N59°23'47'W, 91.00 FEET TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE N59°23'47"W (ON A RADIAL BEARING), 10.00 FEET TO AN
INTERSECTION WITH A 20.00 FOOT RADIUS CURVE CONCAVE TO THE EAST;
