A RESOLUTION DECLARING CITY OWNED REAL PROPERTY AS
SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING ITS SALE
RECITALS:
1.The City of Moses Lake no longer requires the property deeded to the city for street purposes
and filed with the Grant County Auditor under #337799 located in Section 15, Township 19
North, Range 28, East, W.M.
2.The property is legally described as follows:
A parcel of land in Tract 41, Park Orchard Tracts, in the Northwest 1/4, Northwest 1/4, of
Section 15, Township 19 North, Range 28 East W.M., Moses Lake, Grant County, Washing-
ton, described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of Section 15, Township 19 North, Range 28 East,
W.M., thence South 00°10'01" West, 1346.28 feet, along the west line on the Northwest 1/4
of Section 15, to the intersection of Paxson Drive and Malaga Street; thence North 89°56'47"
East, 658.57 feet, along the centerline of Malaga Street, which is also the south line of Tract
41, Park Orchard Tracts, per Grant County Auditor plat records book 181, page 205, to the
southeast corner of Tract 41; thence North 00°09'53" East, 24.00 feet, along the east line of
Tract 41, to the point of beginning; thence South 89°56'47" West, 116.63 feet; thence along
a 90.00 foot radius curve, concave to the west, an arc of 6.45 feet, the chord being North
21°31'27" East, 6.45 feet; thence North 89°56'47" East, 114.28 feet, to the east line of Tract
