2950e_RESOLUTION NO. 2950 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 701 SPECIAL LOAD AND USE LIMITATIONS ON STREET USE WITHIN THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE Recitals: 1.Loads exceeding the limits shown below cause damage to the streets when the ground beneath streets begins to thaw during the spring time. 2.RCW 46.44.093 authorizes City Council to impose seasonal and use limitations on city streets. Resolved: The following load restrictions shall be imposed at the discretion of the Municipal Services Director each winter when necessary to assure undue damage to the street and alley surfaces, structures, or foundations by posting: 1.
